High Density Hydraulic Reactor [HDHR] Technology

ImageRENTEC has completed next generation design on its hydraulic mixing biogas reactor. The anaerobic Digester operates entirely anoxic eliminating any possibility of internal corrosion. It is designed to provide optimum microbial habitat while addressing all 'conventional' digester mechanical issues associated with floating sludge layers, sedimentation and cross flows without internal mechanical moving parts. Specifically designed for high organic loads and maximum biogas production per unit reactor volume it is entirely controlled by a self optimizing process instrumentation and control system resulting in optimum digestion and closure of carbon loops.
